What the conversation is about
In the author program “From the Heart”, Fariz Ashurov talks with Rafael Guseynov — a businessman who was born and raised in Baku, moved to Israel in 1994 and now owns apartments in Marina Villas (Sea Breeze).
They talk about how Rafael began traveling to Azerbaijan again, why he decided to buy an apartment and what his faith in the project is based on; what he thinks about prices and the “soap bubble”; what you actually get along with the square meters and what, in the view of the guest and the host, should be improved. They also discuss Emin Agalarov's team, global brands and the future of the resort.
What's next. The second part will come out based on viewers' likes and comments: a tour of Rafael's apartments and a story about how to buy an apartment, what difficulties with documents there can be and how to do everything properly.
The video is on the “Evrey iz Baku” channel (YouTube), the author of the program is Fariz Ashurov. Open on YouTube
