Cipriani will build a resort in Azerbaijan's tallest tower
A five-star hotel and branded residences; the agreement was signed in Milan.

On January 31 in Milan, Sea Breeze and the Italian brand Cipriani signed an agreement to create a five-star resort and branded residences in Azerbaijan's tallest tower. The signatories were Sea Breeze founder and owner Emin Agalarov and Giuseppe Cipriani.
The project will be located on the artificial Halfmoon Island off the Caspian coast — in the 323-meter Cipriani Tower. The tower was designed by architect Sean Killa.
The announced components are Cipriani Resort Sea Breeze — a five-star hotel with 116 rooms — and Cipriani Residences Sea Breeze, Baku: about 127 residences for sale. The infrastructure named includes banquet and conference spaces, a spa of about 1 647 sq. m, and the brand's restaurants and bars.
The opening of Cipriani Resort Sea Breeze and Cipriani Residences Sea Breeze is planned for October 1, 2031.
The project is at the agreement stage; the stated opening date is October 1, 2031.
