A hotel-style home for seniors: an agreement with Mediterranean Towers
A residence with medical support will be built in the Sea Breeze Health Valley cluster; signed at MIPIM in Cannes.

On March 12 at the MIPIM exhibition in Cannes, Emin Agalarov, the head of the Sea Breeze Health Valley medical cluster Konstantin Grinfeld and the vice president of the Mediterranean Towers Assisted Living chain Boris Levin signed an agreement on a residence for seniors at the resort.
The plan is an “exclusive hotel-style home”: accommodation, medical support and leisure areas in one complex. The partner is a chain with more than 30 years of experience running such residences (senior living).
The project is part of the Sea Breeze Health Valley medical cluster. The timeline, location and size of the complex are not named in the announcement.
For now this is only an agreement: there is neither a construction start date nor a number of places.
