Paulaner Wirtshaus will open at Marina Village
The Bavarian restaurant by the yacht club is expected at the end of March 2027.
On March 16, Sea Breeze head of commercial leasing Elbey Rzayev and TABIA Group CEO Uygar Kocas, representing the Paulaner brand, signed an agreement to open the Paulaner Wirtshaus Baku Sea Breeze restaurant.
The location is in the center of Marina Village, next to the yacht club. The announcement says the restaurant will welcome guests at the end of March 2027.
Paulaner is an international brewing brand present in more than 80 countries. The new restaurant is announced in the tradition of the classic German Wirtshaus: Bavarian cuisine and beer brewed to Paulaner standards.
At the time of signing this was an announcement: the release has no construction stages.
The opening is announced for the end of March 2027 — it is worth checking that this is still current.
