On July 15, the President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini, visited Sea Breeze.
Resort founder Emin Agalarov told the head of state about the concept of the resort city and showed what has already been built and the plans for further expansion. The conversation also covered the infrastructure that unites residential neighborhoods, hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, spas and fitness.
The same announcement gives the project's size as of July 2026: more than 750 hectares, over 3.5 million sq. m of residential and commercial real estate, more than 50 000 residents and more than 7 kilometers of coastline.
The figures on area and number of residents are the resort's official data.
