Swissôtel & Raffle Residences: 458 residences and a 150-room hotel
The agreement with Raffle Group and Accor was signed at The Grand; the opening is promised by mid-2029.

On April 2 at The Grand Sea Breeze, the developer Raffle Group and the hotel group Accor signed an agreement on the Swissôtel & Raffle Residences project. The signatures were put by Emin Agalarov, Raffle Group co-owner Rafail Nuri and Accor's vice president for development Philippe Bonnet.
This is a 13-floor complex designed by Melike Altınışık Architects: 458 residences of 45 to 309 m² with finished interiors and a kitchen, and corner units with terraces and jacuzzis. Next to it there will be a 150-room Swissôtel hotel; residents will get hotel service: a 24-hour reception, a concierge and cleaning.
Fitness and a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, parking, restaurants, boutiques and a private beach are promised. The complex will stand next to the future casino, by HalfMoon and Dream Arena; the opening is planned for mid-2029.
The announcement is dated April 1 on the site, although it describes the signing on April 2. The “mid-2029” deadline is the official one; the press also mentions 2028 (see the project's site).
